The day at Villa Cora starts with a rich breakfast buffet, with homemade pastries, croissants, different bread varieties, fresh fruit and juices, egg specialties, cheese and cold cuts from Tuscany, smoked fish, and everything your heart desires. At lunchtime, you can opt for a quick, tasty meal based on timeless classics of the Italian cuisine or for a discreet and cozy business lunch. In the evening our Executive Chef Alessandro Liberatore transforms seasonal local ingredients into high-end culinary masterpieces, showcasing his extensive expertise.

Breakfast in the Night, also known as brinner, it is the fusion of the English terms breakfast and dinner.
On Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 7.30pm we invite you to this truly unique gourmand experience born from the idea of combining the typical foods of two different moments of the day.
No more boundaries between sweet and savory, our buffet will range from croissants and brioches (did you ever try a tiramisu stuffed one?), mini muffins, cakes and babà to Tuscan cheeses and cuts, fruit and vegetables to return to pancakes and Sacher and also Benedictine eggs, avocado toast…
And if coffee is a must in the morning, Mimosa and Franciacorta bubbles will welcome you in the night.
