Breakfast in the Night, also known as brinner, it is the fusion of the English terms breakfast and dinner.
On Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 7.30pm we invite you to this truly unique gourmand experience born from the idea of combining the typical foods of two different moments of the day.
No more boundaries between sweet and savory, our buffet will range from croissants and brioches (did you ever try a tiramisu stuffed one?), mini muffins, cakes and babà to Tuscan cheeses and cuts, fruit and vegetables to return to pancakes and Sacher and also Benedictine eggs, avocado toast…
And if coffee is a must in the morning, Mimosa and Franciacorta bubbles will welcome you in the night.

Our Executive Chef Alessandro Liberatore and his team are waiting to take you from the Cards Room with the appetizers’ Grand Buffet to the Foyer with the islands of hot dishes and to the Ceramics Room with infinite sweets.
